By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked from this website. If you act for a clinic, company, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

These terms apply to transactions completed through this website. Additional written terms may apply to training, wholesale arrangements, warranties, or regulated products. If additional terms conflict with these terms, the more specific terms apply to that transaction, subject always to mandatory law.

The seller is Skinmedicine Inc., with its place of business in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Our current business address, telephone number, email address, and service hours must be published on our Customer Service / Contact Information page and homepage before online sales are opened to the public.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and order information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Certain products may be sold only to licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, facilities, or other legally qualified purchasers. We may request and verify professional credentials, including a Professional Regulation Commission license and clinic affiliation, before approving access or fulfilling an order. Approval of an account does not expand the lawful scope of any person's professional practice.

We aim to describe each product accurately, including its name, brand, price, condition, material specifications, and any applicable warnings or restrictions. Images may appear different because of display settings, but the goods delivered must conform to the description and other standards required by law.

Product information on this website is for lawful product selection and use. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, formal training, the manufacturer's instructions, or applicable Food and Drug Administration requirements. Purchasers must store, handle, prescribe, dispense, administer, and dispose of regulated products only as permitted by Philippine law and the product labeling.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms only that we received the order. A sale is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, inability to verify professional eligibility, delivery restrictions, or a legal or regulatory prohibition.

If we cancel after payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method or another method agreed with you.

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. The checkout will disclose applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other mandatory charges before you submit the order. You authorize our payment providers to process the amount displayed at checkout.

We will issue a paper or electronic invoice or receipt for completed sales as required by law. Promotional offers are subject to their clearly stated period, eligibility criteria, stock limits, and other conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk of loss remains allocated as required by applicable law. Please inspect the shipment promptly and report missing, damaged, incorrect, expired, or non-conforming goods through our internal complaint channel.

Confirmed orders may be cancelled before dispatch where our order process permits. Once goods are in transit, cancellation may be limited in the circumstances allowed by Section 19 of the Internet Transactions Act of 2023. This does not affect remedies for defects, loss, breach of warranty, or non-conformity.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. For a defect, malfunction, loss not caused by the customer, breach of warranty, or failure to conform to the contract, an eligible customer may pursue repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy available under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the Internet Transactions Act of 2023, the Civil Code, and other applicable law.

A requirement to return goods will not impose return costs on an online consumer when the law requires the merchant to bear them. Any manufacturer's warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory statutory rights.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false credentials, infringe intellectual property rights, or purchase products for an unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, unauthorized resale, or out-of-scope professional use.

We may suspend access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain website security. We will not use this right to avoid an accrued consumer remedy.

The website, brand elements, original text, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to Skinmedicine Inc. You may use the website for legitimate purchasing and internal business evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred to you, and you may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Each party is responsible for loss caused by its breach, negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or violation of law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective or unsafe products, privacy violations, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please use our internal complaint process first. Under the Internet Transactions Act of 2023, that process is deemed exhausted if the complaint remains unresolved after seven calendar days from filing. Our Dispute Resolution Policy explains escalation to the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission, another regulator, alternative dispute resolution, or a court with jurisdiction.

No provision requires a consumer to give up a legally available forum, remedy, or agency complaint.

We may update these terms for future use of the website. The version displayed when an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, a prominent notice.
